Welcome to Fairways - Abersoch; the perfect coastal retreat with family or friends.
Our period holiday home is ideally situated in the heart of the village - the main beach and shops/bars/restaurants are all within a 5-6 minute walk.
The pet-friendly house sleeps 8 guests in 4 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms. NEW for 2024 we've installed a large hot tub.
Downstairs there's a kitchen-diner, living room and a separate TV/playroom. Outside you'll enjoy generous parking, a sunny south-facing garden with hot tub, BBQ, table-tennis, outdoor dining deck and secure, dry storage for bikes, water-sports & beach equipment.
We take bookings here through our own website. We love to be in touch directly with our guests so we can welcome you personally and make sure you have a wonderful stay. Direct bookings also save you agency / airbnb fees too.

Why stay?
Fairways means a lot to our family. So we genuinely care that our guests have a fantastic stay. Things that are hard to find elsewhere include:
- Location, location, location: you can walk everywhere - 6 mins to the main beach & 5 mins to the village centre.
- Hot tub: new for 2024 we have installed an extra large hot tub.
- Managed by us: rather than using an agent, we liaise directly with you to make sure you feel welcome & have a wonderful holiday.
- Ample parking: despite the central location, you'll enjoy space for up to 6 cars & are welcome to park a boat/jet-ski.
- Secure storage: we're bike & water sports enthusiasts. Guests are welcome to use the garage for lockable, dry storage.
- Family friendly: we have 3 kids so you'll find toys, games, books, cot, high chair, beach equipment, table-tennis & a separate TV/playroom.
- Pets welcome: we understand that they are part of the family too!
